Shyam House Maid Service was started on 20th August 1998, with a purpose of making maid availability easy and secure, on time and on demand, to all the homes in India. We were witnessing that finding the right help was a huge pain point in the metro metropolises. Reasons could be numerous, and many solutions existed, but none of them were truly satisfactory. Quality and commitment to service, in this segment, were missing and so we decided to work to solve these pain points with laid-down Values and Ethics. Giving Quality and keeping Commitment became the Core Values of our start-up.

We noticed people appreciating us for our efforts and therefore, we are growing today in multiples, serving thousands of happy homes in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and other cities of India. We help our clients to source and hire the most eligible maids in selected and highly skilled occupations, and to help those workers find the best job opportunities in their respective fields and further their careers.

Our supported professional services are specifically designed to help homes connect, qualify, and hire domestic aides such as maids, caretakers, cooks, babysitters/nannies, japa maids, patient care/elder care staff, and more. So far, we have successfully launched our services – domestic help hiring platform, and staff services for homes, offices, hospitals, and hotels.
